04 Offering
PixAgentur Shop is the operator’s online shop for industry-specific business and CRM software for trade and construction businesses, available either as a hosted subscription (SaaS) or as a license for self-hosted operation, white-labelled for the ordering business. In addition, it offers paid add-on modules as well as services such as web design, hosting, server monitoring and digital/AI consulting. All services offered here are developed or performed by the operator itself and distributed in its own name – PixAgentur Shop is not a marketplace for offerings from independent third parties.
05 Consumer dispute resolution / EU online dispute resolution
The European Commission used to provide a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. This platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). We are happy to resolve any concerns directly – simply contact us at hallo@pixagentur.com.
06 Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will remove the content concerned immediately.
07 Liability for links
Our offering contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not identifiable at that time.
However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon becoming aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
