ETICS projects with instalments and layer documentation
A 150 m² façade runs through the project file: all appointments, photos and hours on the job, actual hours against budget, instalments numbered automatically and the final invoice offsetting itself — with XRechnung for housing associations and public-sector clients plus DATEV export. And every layer is documented: timestamped photos per work step — bonding & dowelling, reinforcement, top coat — put the layer build-up into the file as photographic proof, in case warranty questions come up years later.
One plaster machine, many sites
The plaster machine can only be in one place: when creating an appointment, Putzwerk warns about double-booking, the dashboard shows where machine and silo stand today, and care notes like “flush the hoses after use!” hang right on the machine. Façade area, plaster system and scaffold status live in the customer file — calculation basis and tour info in one: the crew knows before setting off whether the scaffold is already up.

With Putzwerk you pick one of three plans — Basis €59.90/month (€49.90 billed yearly) for up to 5 employees, Pro €114.90 (€94.90 yearly) for up to 15 employees, Premium €199.90 (€169.90 yearly) for unlimited employees. Hosting, updates and support are always included, and you can switch anytime. Project files and invoicing are included in every variant, and you never pay per user.

Can I invoice large façades in instalments?
Yes — through the project file: instalments are numbered automatically (1st instalment, 2nd instalment …), and the final invoice offsets all issued instalments by itself — cleanly itemised, compliant, no pocket calculator. Actual hours run live against the budget.
Can I document the layer build-up?
Yes — photos with timestamps per work step: bonding & dowelling, reinforcement, top coat. If warranty questions come up, the layer build-up sits in the customer file as photographic proof — permanently findable.
Does Putzwerk warn me about double-booked machines?
Yes — when creating an appointment, Putzwerk checks whether the plaster machine or scaffolding package is already scheduled on another site the same day and warns immediately. Warning instead of blocking: you decide. The dashboard widget also shows where machine and silo stand today.
Can I write invoices with Putzwerk?
Yes — invoicing is a core feature, not a paid add-on. Invoices are created straight from the completed appointment, right after the customer signature if you wish, with positions prefilled from the service template. Invoice numbers are compliant and gap-free, the number range is freely configurable — existing businesses continue seamlessly from their last number. Plus: PDF with your own letterhead, open items, payment reminders and dunning with one click. If you prefer to work without the invoicing module, simply hide it.
Does Putzwerk support XRechnung?
Yes — invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices. Especially with housing associations, property managers and public-sector clients, that puts you on the safe side. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.
Does my tax adviser get the data?
Yes, with one click: the DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period — ready to hand over to the firm.
What do I need to run Putzwerk?
A completely normal web hosting package with PHP and a MySQL database — no special server, no forced cloud. We handle installation and setup. And with the fully managed package you need nothing at all: Putzwerk then runs entirely on our servers.
Can I test Putzwerk beforehand?
Yes — the live demo is open to everyone: a complete installation with a sample company, two crews, 11 kits, priced templates and a running façade project including an issued instalment invoice. Tap “Als Chef testen” (test as boss) on the login page, done. The demo resets itself every 30 minutes. Does it work on the iPad and without reception?
Yes. Putzwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even in shell builds without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.
Does the software run under my company name?
Yes — white-label is included. Login, app name and business details carry your company, and your invoices appear on your own letterhead.
What about data protection?
Your customer and employee data lives on your own server — not in someone else's cloud. Roles and permissions control who sees what, an audit log documents changes, and uploaded photos are automatically stripped of GPS data.
Can Putzwerk be adapted or extended for my company?
Yes. Modules can be switched off individually, and from extra fields to entire extensions — such as quoting or a client portal — we build additions on request at a fixed price. The fastest way is our ticket system: describe your wish and we reply with a fixed-price quote.
Is there a discount for founders and young businesses?
