The customer file carries what stucco businesses really need: ceiling area in square metres, profile length in metres — visible right in the customer list —, the property’s construction year and era, and its heritage status. The team knows the framework before the first move, and “My tour today” delivers the property data with the packing list to the iPad: running mould & templates, silicone-mould case, work platform.

Running and moulding in the workshop, fixing and retouching on site — the dispatch board plans both. If the lime plaster needs another day to dry, replanning mode moves all appointments in one go and the team keeps working in the workshop: idle time never happens. Billing is fair and complete: per-metre and per-piece prices live in the templates — profile restoration €98/m, rosette €149 per piece —, the invoice is created straight from the appointment, with XRechnung for churches, municipalities and foundations and DATEV export for the tax adviser.

Hosting, updates and support are always included, and you can switch anytime. Photo documentation and invoicing are included in every variant, and you never pay per user.
Can I document restorations for the heritage authority?
Yes — that is what Stuckwerk is built for: timestamped photos per work step on the appointment, from the existing condition before restoration to the result. Everything sits chronologically in the customer history and is retrievable any time — for the authority as well as the client.
Can I find old mouldings and past work again?
Yes — the customer history shows every visit with photos and notes, even after years. Which profile was moulded at the Rosetti family in 2024? Two clicks and the answer is there — worth real money on the follow-up job.
What happens when drying times derail the plan?

Can I write invoices with Stuckwerk?
Yes — invoicing is a core feature, not a paid add-on. Invoices are created straight from the completed appointment, right after the customer signature if you wish, with positions from the service template — per-metre and per-piece prices included. Invoice numbers are compliant and gap-free, the number range is freely configurable — existing businesses continue seamlessly from their last number. Plus: PDF with your own letterhead, open items, payment reminders and dunning with one click. If you prefer to work without the invoicing module, simply hide it.
Does Stuckwerk support XRechnung?
Yes — invoices can be exported as officially validated XRechnung e-invoices. Especially with heritage jobs from churches, municipalities and foundations, that puts you on the safe side. Dispatch goes straight from the system by email, via your own SMTP server or SendGrid.
Does my tax adviser get the data?
Yes, with one click: the DATEV export produces the posting batch plus all document PDFs for the chosen period — ready to hand over to the firm.
What do I need to run Stuckwerk?
A completely normal web hosting package with PHP and a MySQL database — no special server, no forced cloud. We handle installation and setup. And with the fully managed package you need nothing at all: Stuckwerk then runs entirely on our servers.
Can I test Stuckwerk beforehand?
Yes — the live demo is open to everyone: a complete installation with a sample company, two teams, 9 kits, priced templates and invoices in every status. Does it work on the iPad and without reception?
Yes. Stuckwerk is a web app (PWA) with an app icon on the home screen. The time clock and daily tour work even in old-building basements without reception and sync as soon as the network returns.
Does the software run under my company name?
Yes — white-label is included. Login, app name and business details carry your company, and your invoices appear on your own letterhead. Especially with discerning private clients, the polished appearance counts.
What about data protection?
Your customer and employee data lives on your own server — not in someone else's cloud. Roles and permissions control who sees what, an audit log documents changes, and uploaded photos are automatically stripped of GPS data.
Can Stuckwerk be adapted or extended for my company?
Yes. Modules can be switched off individually, and from extra fields to entire extensions — such as quoting or a client portal — we build additions on request at a fixed price. The fastest way is our ticket system: describe your wish and we reply with a fixed-price quote.
