What does a solution cost on subscription?
Three plans, one system: Basis from €49.90/month (up to 5 employees), Pro from €94.90 (up to 15), Premium from €169.90 (unlimited) – each billed yearly, with hosting, updates and support always included. Purchase & custom solutions are available on request. Either way: one fixed price per team, no per-user fees.
Does the software run under my company name?
Yes – white-label is included. Login, app name, logo and company details carry your business; your team works with "your" software. Nothing points back to PixAgentur.
What do I need to run the software?
A perfectly ordinary web hosting plan with PHP and a MySQL database – no special server, no mandatory cloud. We handle installation and white-label setup. With the all-in package you need nothing at all: everything runs on our servers.
Where is my data stored?
On your own server – not in someone else's cloud. Client and staff data belong to you, and roles and permissions control who sees what. Built in Germany, GDPR-compliant.
